Pacnet Mobile Voice

Pacnet has added Mobile Voice to our suite of telecommunications products. You can now use us as the single provider for all of your business communication needs – fixed voice, mobile voice, network and internet services.

Pacnet’s business mobile voice plans are designed to keep your business connected with access to our dual-band GSM network with coverage of approximately 97% of the Australian population1. Flexibility in selecting rate plans with generous standard call value, and bonus call value on all calls between mobiles in your business’ fleet, you and your staff can stay in touch in the office and on the road. With no set up fees, it is easy to get started today!

Pacnet Mobile Voice provides customers with the flexibility to tailor plans to suit their individual business needs. Plan options allow customers to tailor each service’s voice, data and BlackBerry plan to suit your business needs.

Mobile Voice plans, available exclusively to business customers, start at $19 per month and require a purchase of at least 5 monthly plans. Tailor a mobile package for your business’ needs2:

  • Choose a base voice plan per user. Plans include two allocations of call credit:
    1. Standard Included Call Value, which provides for calls, SMS and MMS to all Australian local and national numbers3, 4
    2. Pacnet Mobile to Pacnet Mobile Included Call Value, which provides for calls between any Pacnet mobile phone
  • Need data as a part of your service? If you don’t want to pay for 3G data for some or all of your mobile fleet then simply leave them out. If you’d like to add 3G data we have two options:
    1. Bolt on a data package that fits your needs. With no fixed-term contracts, you can adjust your package should your require more (or less) data5. Plans available range from 200MB to 1GB and start at just $5 per month.
    2. BlackBerry® plans, including BlackBerry BIS which provides basic POP3 and IMAP e-mail syncing or BlackBerry BES which offers full connectivity to a customer’s BlackBerry Enterprise Server, enabling complete syncing of e-mail, contacts and calendars. Both BlackBerry plans provide unlimited BlackBerry data provided the BlackBerry device and browser are utilised.11 Pacnet Fair Use Policy applies.

  2. Business customers only, ABN and minimum 5 mobile voice plans required on a 24-month contract. All prices quoted include GST.
  3. Included Call Values cover Local, National and Mobile calls, Voicemail retrieval, plus standard SMS & standard MMS messaging, national video calls, and national diversions.
  4. Included Call Values exclude International calls, International Roaming, calls to 13, 1300 & 1800 numbers, Pivotel, 124 YES (937), international MMS, international SMS, premium SMS, premium MMS, call diversion and call forwarding, Group and Email SMS and MMS, international Video, Optus Zoo Browsing, Optus Zoo Downloads, Content Packs (unless specified in promotions), Mobile Internet usage, TrueLocal usage, Directory Assistance, Surepage, Premium Calls, VOIP services and usage, and 19XX services. Pacnet mobile to mobile call value only includes calls to Pacnet mobile numbers.
  5. Data Plan changes can be made once per three month period.
  6. Available until 31 July unless withdrawn earlier. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers.
  7. The 3 months free access fee will appear as a credit on your 4th, 5th and 6th bill. Credit will be equal to three months of the monthly access fee of the plan you initially connected on. Not applicable to handset payments. In order for you to receive this credit you must pay for your first 2 bills in full by your due date. Offer ends 31 July 2011, unless withdrawn or extended earlier. Not applicable to handset payments or usage above standard credits and fleet credit. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers.
  8. Unlimited Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, MySpace, eBay & Foursquare: Only available within Australia and requires compatible handset. Excludes use of Facebook SMS or other social media alert services.
