Invoice Changes

We have recently made some revisions to our customer invoices. These amendments allow you to more readily understand how credits and other adjustments are applied to your account. The changes only affect the charges summary on the first page of your invoice and the details are as per the table below. Payments The total amount in the Payments summary did not include transfers of payments from other accounts, previously this was included in the Adjustments total. Transfers of payments from one account to another are now included in the Payments summary.
Credits A Credits summary did not exist, these amounts were included in the Adjustments. A Credits summary is shown separately.
New Charges The New Charges summary included Adjustments, which included Credits. New Charges will only summarise the following charges: recurring, non-recurring, and credit card transaction fee, GST rounding.
Other Charges An Other Charges summary did not exist. An Other Charges summary has been added to summarise non-recurring charges that are manually applied, for example the credit card transaction fee and GST rounding.
Adjustments The Adjustments summary Included all amounts relating to credits and non-recurring manual charges. The Adjustments summary has been removed and replaced by the inclusion of Credits and Other Charges to make our invoice more simple to understand.
Total New Credits A Total New Credits summary did not exist. A Total New Credits summary is now shown separately and this figure is the total of all credits applied that that invoice, including GST.
